Whether you are hosting a party of 20 or 320, our chef will create a menu that will stimulate the senses and please the palate.  Renown for our regional Italian cuisine, Bistro Romano has received several accolades including selection as "Best of Philly".  We cater at our facility, your location or a variety of unique places around the Delaware Valley.

Our creation made with fresh Kennett Square mushrooms.

Prepared using fresh Maine lobsters.

Garden Salad
A refreshing combination of crisp California greens, topped with fresh tomato
and Sicilian olives in a light balsamic vinaigrette.

Caesar Salad
Our award winning classic made with only the freshest ingredients. 

Caesar Mare
Our award-winning Caesar with fresh crabmeat, shrimp, tomato and Sicilian olives.

Spinach Salad
Fresh spinach topped with marinated mushrooms, chopped egg, green pepper and crumbled Gorgonzola dressing.

Antipasto Romano
(Served per table)
Thinly sliced prosciutto, Genoa salami, pepperoni, roasted peppers,  mozzarella and provolone cheeses, anchovies,  olives, marinated mushrooms and other Italian specialties.


Mozzarella & Peppers
Fresh Mozzarella, roasted peppers, tomato and drizzled with pesto olive oil. 

Artichoke Hearts
Imported Artichokes baked with Gorgonzola cheese and fresh mushrooms. 

Jumbo Shrimp Cocktail
Fresh shrimp with our horseradish cocktail sauce.

Mushrooms Milano
Stuffed with a blend of cheeses, Italian sausage, capers, pimentos and fresh herbs.

Chicken Marsala
Tender breast of chicken sautéed with fresh Kennett Square mushrooms
and a light Marsala wine sauce.

Chicken Romano 
Tender breast of chicken sautéed with roasted peppers, fresh tomatoes,
Chardonnay, garlic and basil. 


Chicken Pompeii
Grilled marinated boneless breast of chicken topped with sweet onion marmalade, sun dried tomatoes and melted provolone cheese. 


Veal Parmigiana
Lightly breaded natured veal topped with tomato basil sauce, parmesan and mozzarella cheeses. 

Veal Florentina
Natured veal with fresh spinach and topped with mozzarella cheese in a demi-glace sauce. 

Veal Saltimbocca
Natured veal topped with fontina cheese prosciutto and sage in a Trebbiano wine sauce. 

Salmon
Fresh Alaskan Salmon fillet sautéed with scallops, leeks, vermouth, and a dash of  cream

Shrimp Scallop Venezia
Imported shrimp, tender baby scallops, tomatoes, roasted peppers, fresh herbs and Trebbiano wine nestled in a bed of linguine. 

Peppercorn Tuna
Fresh tuna fillet encrusted in peppercorns and pan-seared to a medium temperature and served over organic spinach and topped with a red onion brandy sauce. 

Orange Roughy
Fresh fillet of orange roughy served with sundried tomatoes, Chardonnay wine and organic basil.

Filet Barolo
Grilled Filet Mignon topped with our sauce of black peppercorns and Kennett Square mushrooms in a
cognac demi-glace. 


Tuscan  Steak
One pound rib steak topped with a sauce of roasted shallots, Barolo wine, demi-glace,
fresh basil and garlic.

Bistro DuckBistro Duck
Our award-winning boneless crispy half duckling topped with a Cabernet wine sauce. 

Pork Chop
Grilled chop in a pomodoro sauce with fresh tomatoes, Trebbiano wine and oregano.

Fettuccine Bistro
A unique combination of Parmigiana, Marscapone and Gorgonzola cheeses, fresh cream, wild and porcine mushrooms and fresh parsley. 

Sausage Rigatoni
Italian sausage and fresh broccoli in a herbed tomato broth over a bed of rigatoni. 

Calamari Livornese
Tender calamari sautéed with black olives, onions, capers, tomato, fresh basil and Pinot Grigio wine served over a bed of steaming linguine. 

Penne Puttanesca
A delectable combination of capers, anchovies, Sicilian olives and fresh herbs in our homemade
tomato basil sauce. 


Smoked Chicken Ravioli
Homemade ravioli with smoked chicken, ricotta cheese and fresh herbs served in a blush sauce 

Lobster Ravioli
Black ravioli stuffed with lobster and ricotta cheese in a sherry cream sauce.
