Cellar Club Wine Tasting &
Dinner - June 10, 2009
We are very excited to have
David Baldyga from Kobrand Wines
to be hosting our June Cellar
Club presentation. This is an
exceptional opportunity to have
a discussion with David, a noted
wine expert and taste incredible
European wines from various
regions of Italy, France and
Spain. We'll be tasting Bouvet
Rose Champagne, Bollini Pinot
Grigio, Louis Jadot Chardonnay,
Olegario Albarino, Mont-Redon
Cotes du Rhone; I'm also
breaking out the Italian big
guns: Nardi Brunello and Michele
Chiarlo Barolo to name a few.
We'll have some fun blind
tasting two of my favorites and
see if you can guess what they
are. Chef will prepare passed
hors d'oeuvres while placed
presentations will include
cheese and cured meats, salad,
pastas, fresh fish and carving
stations. You will have the
opportunity to speak with our
special guest, as well as wine
educators Jay Vaughan & Steve
Helmus from Capital Wines.
